In addition to facilities on site, Dragon Villas is surrounded by first class amenities including schools, shops and sporting facilities. Some of these are listed below:

• Schools: In addition to DV's own kindergarten, there are several schools within 20 to 30 minutes drive of Dragon Villas.  Schools that currently run bus services to and from Dragon Villas include:
  • International School of Beijing;
  • British School of Beijing (Shunyi Campus)
  • Western Acadamy of Beijing;
  • Australian International School of Beijing.

  In  addition, the Dragon Villas shuttle bus provides a service to and from the following schools:

  • Western Acadamy of Beijing;
  • International School of Beijing;
  • Montessori School of Beijing
  • German School of Beijing;

  Other schools in the area that do not currently offer bus services include:

  • Dulwich College, Beijing with campuses at Legend Garden, Riviera  and River Garden;
  • The Care for Children Learning Centre for special needs children.

• Shopping and Other Amenities are also nearby including:

• On-site shop and restaurants at Dragon Villas Clubhouse;
• Shunyi Town Centre - including MacDonalds, two KFCs plus many restaurants, department stores and food shops (5 minutes);
• Pinnacle Plaza - with a wide range of Western-style shops and restaurants (20 minutes);
• Tian Zhu - a growing shopping centre (20 minutes)
• Airport (20 minutes).
